There is a 24 hours communication center, top-notch stay arrangements keeping in mind the students needs. The sponsors and all the participating broadcasters are given special facilities with five star amenities.

 

A private transport facility to and fro from the venue to the hotel is made available to the participants.

Airport transfer facility is also streamlined.
